We are proud tonight to join others in congratulating Melissa Brown-Rabon of Horry County Fire EMS for receiving the annual “Teddy Griffith Award for EMS Excellence” during the department’s awards banquet on Thursday night of this week. Melissa has been a member of the department since 1996 and is our Lowcountry EMS Support Team’s Coordinator for Horry County.
