We are pleased to welcome Helen Cotton, MSW, to our Team. She is currently working as a clinician in the Hero Program Mental Health Professional program responsible for offering services to first responders, veterans, healthcare workers, and teachers in the SCDMH Aiken County Mental Health Center in the western part of our state.
Helen graduated from Winthrop University in 2016 with a master’s degree in social work. She is also currently an adjunct professor at Winthrop University. Helen joins Lisa Hall, LPC, and Hillary Kierspe, LPC in the SCDMH First Responder Support Team office in our Savannah River Region to provide services to our first responders.
