We are excited for our teammate, Laura Stephenson, as she has announced her retirement from the fire service and EMS after giving forty years of her life to serving others. Laura is loved by all that know her and has been involved in the continued growth of our firefighter and EMS Teams over the years. She was instrumental in helping establish our Lowcountry EMS Support Team and has been a leader in it since its’ inception. She assures me that she will still be involved with us and continue to support our first responders which is great news. However, with a truckload of grandboys and now her first precious granddaughter, we are thrilled as she begins this new phase of her life.
Laura, we all love you dearly and hope good things continue to come your way. Please keep your phone close as we will surely seek the amazing advice you have always provided.
