We have been pleased for nearly three years to join our friends of the Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy in hosting a monthly support group at our office on the second Thursday of every month. Those meetings have served as a great place to fellowship with folks including firefighters, EMS personnel, 911 telecommunicators, law enforcement, corrections officers, chaplains, coroners, to include active duty and retired. We have forged some wonderful new relationships, and we all have benefited for being able to lean on each other.
Our original program met each second Thursday morning at (:00 a.m. giving those who attended an opportunity to stop by for breakfast. We have learned that many of you could not attend due to just getting off shift or having other morning commitments. So, starting in January, we are changing our meeting time to 7:00 p.m. to allow those people an opportunity to attend. Come join us on January 14th. We would love to see you all!
