We are pleased to share with you that Florence County EMS has launched their new Peer Support Team! In October, they participated in our Peer Team training program in preparation for the establishment of their new Team. We thank Florence EMS Director Ryon Watkins and all his folks for their support of the new mission.
Congratulations to Kevin Gwyer, Chris Antwine, Katie Horton, Savannah Eaddy, Marques Fields, B.J. Tanner and Amy Gwyer for their hard work and dedication in the establishment of this new Team. We are especially proud for them as they join a new movement of peer support across our state and in the Lowcountry for all our EMS brothers and sisters.
