On Wednesday, January 31st, our Pee Dee Coordinator Lee Hopkins and I traveled to Marion, South Carolina to meet with Donny Brock, the Executive Director of Trinity Behavioral Care, to establish a relationship with their agency to provide clinical care for our first responders in that region. This partnership will provide a vital link for our Peer Team members who need to refer someone to a clinician in that part of the state.
Donny formerly worked in Charleston and was an integral part of our Team in our early years. He is a respected member of the behavioral health community and provided much training to us in Charleston before moving to Marion. We are excited to reestablish a relationship with Donny and his folks at Trinity as we continue to move forward.
