This past Thursday we were visited by our dear friends of Carolina One’s Central Office here in Charleston as they observed their Day of Caring. They came to our Team office ready to work and to give back by helping us wash vehicles, clean and vacuum the office, kitchen, bathroom, organize and clean the apparatus room, clean windows, pick up in the yard, and put up a new message on our roadside sign. We also enjoyed some great bagels, coffee, and fellowship. We were able to get them up-to-date on our Team’s activities since their visit last year and explained our “Operation Zzz” and “Support A Blanket” program. As our morning came to an end, they surprised us with a $ 450.00 donation to support our weighted blanket program.
