Dr. Beau Nelson, DBH, LCSW
Dr. Nelson is the Chief Clinical Officer and works with the Neurosciences Department at FHE Health and the Shatterproof program for First Responders in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He directs all programs and clinical staff, and administratively manages the activities of the Neurosciences department.
Dr. Nelson’s experience includes work in acute psychiatric care, general medical settings, and across the continuum of care for client services. Dr. Nelson specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral management of medical conditions, and is specially trained in Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, which is the coordination of a collaborative care model, maximizing medical, psychiatry, and clinical services to treat the whole person.
