Today, our Team joined with some special people to hold a fundraiser for our friend and brother Goose Creek City Fire Department Firefighter Robby Brannon. Robby is battling cancer and this fundraiser was to raise funds to assist Robby and Kayla with money to help them with some of their basic needs.
A group of wonderful ladies, who are LulaRoe representatives, held a sale to help raise money and there was a room full of products for those in attendance to choose from. Special thanks to Melissa Stewart of Cinnamon Rolls and Cakes by Melissa for bringing her delicious creations for all to enjoy, Carolyn Clark of ServiceMaster for treating us to their ice cream truck and John Haymaker for displaying his woodwork. And, of course, to our great Team led by Mary Moravek and supported by Todd and Kelly Musselman who cooked and prepared hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone.
We also thank Chief Brian Hinton and the folks of the Charleston County Rescue Squad for their help and support in opening their building to host this event and all of you who attended to make this a successful day.
