Yesterday was a busy day as we traveled to Bluffton and then back to Walterboro to the Colleton County Fire Rescue Station 19 for the first regional meeting of our Lowcountry EMS Support Team.
Representatives from Beaufort County EMS and 911 Center, Colleton County Fire/EMS, Charleston County EMS, Colleton County & Walterboro 911 Center, Florence County EMS, the Lowcountry Firefighter Support Team, and the SCDHEC EMS Division attended to be a part of setting the foundation for a great organization. It is especially satisfying to see the spirit of these folks as they plan for the future of behavioral health care for our EMS brothers and sisters and their families. Thanks to each of them for their commitment to setting the bar high and thanks to CCFR for making their classroom available to us.
