We have been keeping you all informed as our “Operation Zzz” weighted program has come back to life after having sewing machine problems for several months. Thanks to those that donated to our fundraiser online, MoJo has settled in with her new “Baby Lock” machine and is cranking out blankets every day. She is amazing with her tenacity!
While we make jokes about measuring beads and shopping for fabric, she is the real hero of this program, working late into the night to make what you see here, a bunch of our finished blankets ready for delivery.
Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day! The “Steinberg Blue Bag Express” is locked and loaded!
