The Lowcountry Firefighter Support Team is proud to be part of this great project! It is a great honor for our Team to serve as a partner for the Center for Firefighter Behavioral Health. Check out the Center’s website at www.ccfbh.org for more exciting information!

Since 2011, the Team at the Center for Firefighter Behavioral Health (CFFBH) has received funding from Department of Homeland Security via the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) to develop several free and confidential online resources and tools to address firefighter behavioral needs, including post-traumatic stress, depression, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, alcohol use problems and family stress. These resources were specifically designed to help firefighters to help themselves and their peers, for families to learn strategies for managing stress, and in preparing clinicians to provide best-practice interventions.
