Our Team is asked often for assistance by emergency services personnel in other states due to folks finding us on the internet. Our website at www.firefightersupport is very active and we get regular inquiries from those who look for assistance online.

In recent months, we have had requests from firefighters and EMS personnel from several states and we have been able to provide peer support to them by phone. When we feel someone needs a clinical referral, we have an online directory of clinicians in every state in the nation. We can go to that resource, even specifically to towns, cities or counties, and type in parameters for clinical help such as PTSD, trauma focused, anxiety, depression, and even more general categories, such as family support, alcohol and substance abuse, etc. We then contact the clinician of choice, invite them to visit our website to learn about us, and recruit them for referrals. This approach has led to helping folks in Illinois, Puerto Rico, Nebraska, Iowa, North Carolina, Georgia, and Nevada just this past year.
