Come join us for an in-depth discussion of emergency services behavioral health programs and services being provided for our first responders in South Carolina. Participants in this summit will include members from each discipline of emergency services; Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, and 911 telecommunications, peer team members, clinicians, program administrators, chaplains, and other behavioral health service providers. We will address the strong points of our programs and seek out the weak points of what we do. Collectively, our goal is to leave this summit with a better understanding of the resources available to us all and to create an improved system of cooperation for all who participate.
For the last decade and more our statewide partners have worked to continue to address the mental health needs of our first responders. There are many behavioral health programs being developed across our country and it is time that we come together to share experiences and knowledge to enhance our abilities to help one another. No single organization can provide adequate services to adequately improve the lives of all our emergency services personnel and their families but together, we can develop programs and services to enhance our abilities to take us into the future.
We would be honored to have you join us. All who share an interest in emergency services behavioral health are invited to attend. There is no charge to attend and lunch will be available at various locations in Lake City.
Call Gerald Mishoe at 843-609-8300 or Lee Hopkins at 843-687-6157 if you would like to attend.
